Pin-ups

Okay so I’m supposed to be cleaning and organizing my house and then moving onto my taxes. But after about 20 minutes or so I decided that I haven’t posted any images for a looong time so I thought that was worthy of a break LOL

These two incredibly lovely ladies (Jen and Jill) were so fantastic to work with. I had so much fun with them and felt privileged that my friend Jocelyne invited me to come share in the fun of their pin-up session.  Both of these ladies are dancers and have so much poise and finesse.

Ben & Ashley

Ashley and Ben got married on a beautiful day this November.  Ashley looked stunning in her gown and Ben as well looked great.  They chose a beautiful and unique setting for their wedding photos.  A beautiful day all around.

Sarah & Scott at 529 Wellington

Sarah and Scott had a beautifully simple wedding at 529 Wellington, surrounded by their parents and closest friends. It was a pleasure to have had the opportunity to some time photographing them around and inside this beautiful venue.  Mona Lisa florists and Nina from the Cake Studio both did a fabulous job to add beautiful accents to the day.  And in case you were wondering, yes the flower on the cake is edible

Mark & Marianne

Mark and Marianne met in high school a number of years ago. In fact all of their friends in their wedding party also attended the same high school so they thought that would make for a unique setting for some of their wedding images. It was fun to watch them relive old memories as we photographed in the school.  Andrea of Soirée Even Planning Ltd. did a wonderful job of planning and organizing the day.  And of course Nina of Cake Studio provided not only a fantastic looking cake but an incredibly delicious one as well.

Flower Shop Baby

Meet Julian.  This little guy was a month old when I had the pleasure of photographing him.  I usually photograph sessions like this in my studio but was asked to have the session in their flower shop as owing your own business and having a baby can make for a crazy schedule.  Well, the location turned out to be wonderful and they had an amazing pot and screen that I was able to use as props, making the images a little more personal for them.  A book is underway of Julian’s session – I can’t wait to see the finished product.

Ryan & Chantel

Wow this weather has been wonderful this year.  I love October weddings that  are beautiful and warm.  Ryan and Chantel’s day started out a tad windy but fortunately things calmed down a little by the time we were ready to photograph outside.  Chantel was a stunning bride and I loved to watch how she and Ryan interacted with each other.  Many congratulations, I hope you enjoy your sneak peak

Contest winner – Petra and Family

I ran a contest back in late winter/early spring.  Petra was the lucky winner.  Their session happened a few weeks ago but I’ve been a little slow these days in keeping up with posting images (I had posted a couple but now here’s a few more).  Thanks for letting me spend some time with your wonderful family Petra

 

High School Senior Session

Back in June Tim won my High School Senior Session at Soul Sanctuary’s Grad Banquet.  Tim loves nature and the outdoors so we made sure to include an outdoor component to his session as well. Tim’s wall print is being mounted as we speak so I thought it was about time to share a couple of the images.

Spring Time Maternity…and the little one too.

So the summer months can be very busy for us photographers and keeping up a blog gets to be a little challenging at times.  So I’m trying to go update this a little.  Here’s a double session from June and July – maternity and new born.
I liked Tanja and Dario right away – personable, warm and inviting people.  And their little daughter Milica is a real beauty.  We had a beautiful day for their session back in June – the greenery was lush and inviting.  Little Sofija arrived in July and added more beauty to this wonderful family.  Hope you all enjoy.
